Yesterday, Unividual launched its new campaign, Money Mondays, in partnership with the charity, with the aim of promoting financial education to young people though lessons at home. Unividual financial planner and father of two Simon Jones said that financial education was something he was ‘really passionate’ about. ‘After the outbreak of Coronavirus, like many parents, I have been home-schooling my children. Trying to come up with fun, educational activities throughout the week isn’t easy,’ he said. ‘So, it struck me this could be the ideal time to get families talking and learning about money together. Recent events have taught many of us the importance of savings. Never has it been a more important time to get this message across.’
